WASHINGTON, D.C.– Handwashing with antibacterial soap produces statistically greater reductions in bacteria on the skin when compared to using non-antibacterial soap.

Personal Care Products Council Hires Thomas Myers as Associate General Counsel – Association also Announces Departure and Promotion

Washington, D.C. – Thomas F. Myers will join the Personal Care Products Council as Associate General Counsel later this month.  Myers is currently Counsel, Committee Executive for the Environment, Technology & Regulatory Affairs Division at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He is also the executive of the Chamber’s Regulatory Affairs Committee; a group made up of more than 100 industry representatives that creates all regulatory policy for the U.S. Chamber.
